Chef Bogdan Alexandrescu — Dexter
One of the most respected chefs of the new generation in Romania.
He has worked alongside Michelin-starred chefs, served as Executive Chef at Relais & Châteaux, graduated from the Advanced Studies in Gastronomy & Taste program (Le Cordon Bleu & University of Reims-Champagne-Ardenne), and is a member of Ethic Ocean – L'Équipage des Cuisiniers de la Mer. In 2023, he was named Best Hotel Chef in Romania.
Recognized by international publications such as Vogue, Le Figaro, and Le Fooding, praised by critics like David Lebovitz and Alexander Lobrano, Dexter brings years of refinement, research, and experience to the plate.
